The only housing cooperative with undivided ownership in VCO

Our story

Founded in July 1963, the Cooperativa Edificatrice Tre is governed by the principles of mutuality, pursuant to the Civil Code and the laws that regulate the Cooperation, and has as its purpose the construction of housing to be given for enjoyment through permanent leasing to its members. To this end, it uses building areas granted by the Municipal Administrations in surface rights or in ownership, or through direct purchase. The Cooperative is characterized by the membership of Members who intend to obtain the assignment for enjoyment and for an indefinite period of time of a home. The Member is required to pay a fee for enjoyment, the determination of which is established by the Social Statute of the Cooperative. The Cooperative has operated and operates mainly through subsidized subsidized housing, seeking financing instruments possibly with state or regional incentives. Housing built: -238 in Verbania - 7 in Baveno - 57 in Villadossola - 48 in Domodossola - 23 in Crevoladossola - 39 in Omegna - 18 in Gravellona Toce For a total of 430 housing units built. Currently, the Cooperative owns 276 housing units

Our mission

The aim of the Cooperative is to obtain, through management in an associative form, at conditions possibly better than those obtainable on the market, the satisfaction of housing needs through the assignment of real estate units for enjoyment;
