The Edificatrice Tre jointly owned cooperative creates permanent rental housing to be assigned to members who meet the following requirements: - Be an Italian citizen or a citizen of a member state of the European Economic Community, or a non-EU citizen resident in Italy for at least 5 years and with a stable job; - Not be the owner or members of their family unit of the right to own housing, suitable for their family unit, within the province; - The family unit's income must not exceed the maximum ceiling established by the Piedmont Region, pursuant to Law 457/78 and subsequent amendments, currently set at €28,496.00; If income from employment contributes to the formation of the family income, this, after the deduction of €514.45 for each dependent child, is calculated at 60%. Costs to be borne by the assigned members: 1. Registration with the cooperative; 2. Payment of a mutual fund and a deposit (refundable in case of release), the amounts of which are approved annually by the Board of Directors of the Cooperative; 3. Sums due monthly for the enjoyment of the accommodation, regulated according to the regional financing and statutory regulations, in addition to the management costs of the building.
