NEW STATUTE APPROVED

On Friday 18 December 2020, at the notary office of Dr. Mendola, the extraordinary meeting of members took place, convened in the manner provided for by the new regulations for the containment of Covid, of the "Designated Representative", identified by the board of directors in the person of Avv. Bruno Stefanetti to change articles 3, 5, 7, 17, 41, 42 and 43. The proxies collected were 168 out of 320 members with the right to vote. An important participation that denotes the vitality of our cooperative. The results were as follows:

UPDATE OF MEMBERS' PERSONAL DATA

On Thursday, January 23, after 29 years, Giuseppe Calandra resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative. All the members of the Cooperative express their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Calandra. In his place, the Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Minacci Moreno, who has been Vice President since 2012, while Mr. Calandra will continue as Vice President.
